Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery of all products shall take place at the address specified at the time of placing your order. Please notify us immediately if you would like to change your delivery address. Failure to do so might result in additional delivery costs when shipping your order again.

Processing orders normally takes 1 – 5 business days (this includes lead and delivery times) and can be affected by various factors, such as courier lead times and delays, stock shortages, infrastructure, etc., thus any dates specified are estimates only and not binding, nor shall they constitute any grounds for order cancellation if not met. Furthermore, BeardedBrothers13 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which the customer may suffer as a result of any incorrect or delayed delivery.

We strongly recommend customers request shipping insurance when ordering items of high value for peace of mind.

Products will only be shipped and delivered once payment has cleared in BeardedBrothers13’s account. Services are subject to a 50% deposit of the quoted amount before commencement, and once service requests are fulfilled, the balance must be paid before resources are released to the customer. Should service requests be cancelled before completion, 50% of the deposited amount will be forfeit for any time and recourses already committed to the request. The balance will be refunded.

Any delays in product or service delivery will be communicated to the customer, and invoices will be sent once payment has been received in full.
